Most of my allergies are kept in check with Fexofenadine but sometimes I'll get something in my eyes that will suddenly irritate the crap out of them. I've tried other eye drops but nothing provides relief as quickly as Naphazoline HCI and Pheniramine maleate (Bausch and Lomb Opcon -A)
However the near instant relief only comes after my eyes burn for 1-2 seconds after putting a drop in. I am not sure how it works but from the results I can only assume that this combination of ingredients combine to vaporize the outer layer of my eyeball and the offending irritant along with it
