I can't wrap my head around the question, frankly. "Should"? from whose perspective?
A highly OC'd dually would be (was -- not very long ago) an killer budget chip, and notice how it's gone, now. And given that all projections based on recent performance of their silicon would lead me to believe that such chips would have great OC%, what possible reason does Intel have to release such a dynamite part under, say, 170-190$? And by then you're really pushing into unlocked quad territory. Unless they quicken the rate at which they'll increasingly withhold upper-midrange performance without better competition from AMD, and thus create wider gaps between the i's, I can't see where this dual-core budget-bomb would safely fit.
And unlocking the Celerons and Pentiums? Not unless they're going for AMD's throat clean and simple. That is, if my assumption that struggling AMD is still selling any significant amount of desktop chips at this point... Yeah, I figure that there's a lot of blood in the water for sure, but I doubt that Intel's anywhere near hungry enough to choose to take this one decisive bite.
But oh, how I would beat the crap out of a $75, 100% OC, unlocked haswell celeron. Mmmmmmm.
