i have the A8V deluze socket 939 mobo. and i am mildly overclocking with a amd 3000 winchestor. nothing is wrong with my system. I have the 1011 bios. But they are at 1014 now.
 
If you are happy with how things are, i wouldn't bother.

If their changelog has any improvements you'd like, then go for it.

Really, it's not a life-altering decision 😉
 
Unless you are experiencing problems or trying to overclock higher or something like that, I wouldn't update the bios, since there's no real need.
 
If it ain't broke don't fix it. BIOS updates usualy correct specific problems. If you aren't having any problems, there is no reason to update it.
