Should I worry?

Accidently flicked screw driver over this part of the motherboard(rear side), and messed up the 2nd top backside of the VRM or whatever it is. Should I worry? System runs fine in bios and I won’t bother with installing windows if I should replace this board...

Going from the Picture , if you look off to the far right end of the scratch , you will see two components missing. The lower of those two is just to the right still stuck to the board. I would carefully remove that , probably just a touch with a toothpick would dislodge it. They are all stuck down with a speck of glue initially and then soldered down later.
If it is working , I would not worry to much about , consider yourself lucky !
Time to buy a Lotto ticket perhaps ?
