Should I worry about voltage if my temps are good?

I've got my 2.6C@3.25 on 1.6volts in the bios, but asusprobe shows I'm pushing 1.664v, which makes me worry a bit. Temps are fine; 28c at idle, 38c at load. Am I putting my cpu in danger? BTW mobo is a P4C800-E deluxe

I would probably stop when probe reads 1.7. Nice temps though, so you may want to go 1.75 depending on cooling.

I think ASUS mobo's are known for having a slight overvoltage. Since your temps are good, you probably having nothing to worry about. Of course, YMMV...
