Hi all, I bought a 4870x2 a while and the noise is finally getting to me so I decided to look into watercooling it, I looked up some blocks online and the lowest price one I could find was £80, but at that price that money could go to a new graphics card. I then looked on eBay and I found a used one for £35 which is a good price I think and it looks like it has been kept in good condition.

The question I want to ask is that is it worth cooling such an old card and should I buy a used block.

thats not bad for a used block. i would do it.

do you have a watercooling setup already? i wouldn't do get watercooling just to cool a video card.

I dont have a watercooling setup at the moment and if I do get one I am going to cool the CPU as well but before I was going to get a gaming laptop which would have cost around a £1000 so I thought why not kit out my p.c and get a cheap laptop
