Should I wait for the IC7 Max III ?

I'm going to order a pc (probebly today) but i'm not sure if I should order it as planed or maybe wait 2 weeks or something for the new Max III
some of the components -
P4 2.6C
Abit IC7
2 * Corsair XMS PC3500
watercooled

now, I would really like to hit 3.6GHz with these system, will the max III lead to a noticable difference ? Or I can just use the regular IC7 and with the extra money get another Maxtor HDD ?

you are most likely NOT gonna hit 3.6 but i would wait for the max III
