Should I use this template for my hosting company? **POLL**

You do know where the "egg" in NewEgg came from, right? It used to be a chain of B&M stores called "EggHead Software" who moved to a purely online business model when the stores started sucking cash. So, your proposed name doesn't make any sense from a historical perspective. It seems both of your names are trying to hijack other names. Come up with something original!

Personally, I hate templates. Design your own, or spend some $$$ to have one designed.

NewEgg came from Egghead Software? I always wondered what happened to it. There used to be a store near here back when I was in 2nd grade. (No cracks about how I'm only in 4th grade now etc. etc., I'm a soph in HS jackasses)

The name is "hostegg" not "hostegghead". Nobody holds copyright privileges over the word "egg". Loosen your panties. And isn't the whole "NewEgg comes from EggHead" just a myth?

Egghead and Newegg are in no way related

Thank you.

I like the first two better, but perhaps make the colors in the plan descriptions a little less solid. Like the blue getting slowly black. Different style links as well.

Thank you.

The word around when egghead went up for sale was that they were bought and rebranded as newegg. Yet... Egghead.com takes you to an amazon site. Bizarre...

I stand corrected! But the basic premise of hijacking another company's name still holds.

It holds nothing but a few wet grains of sand.

His business will be mostly local, customers who probably never use Newegg. The name "hostegg" can be easily interpreted to mean so many things when referring to a hosting service. The name was my suggestion, and Newegg was not on my mind when I just randomly typed the suggestion. I simply thought it sounded neat and could be easily remembered, and also easy to make graphics for. Maybe subconsciously it was in the back of my mind, but whatever. This is hardly hijacking of a company name.
