Should I use Golden Orb's Pre-applied compound??

I just got a TBird 800 along with the socket a version of the Golden Orb. Should I just use the compound that's already applied to the sink or should I take it off and use something else like Artic Silver??

My Orb didn't come with pre applied compound. I'm sure that artic silver is better than the pre applied compound because you can apply a thinner amount.

well the stock goop is pretty decent no matter what people think.....im running my 700e retail flip chip at 945mhz at 1.7v and its all with stock gorb and goop!.......no other cooling besides side panel fans.....my site has a few pics of my chip.
but i also got myself some arctic silver that im gonna apply with a few more cooling tricks.......cuz im heading to a gig baby!.....700e is the bomb!

The included stuff is by Dow-Corning, it's not bad I think. But, everyone here seems to love Arctic Silver.
