Should I upgrade?

Well I don't have any cooling with my current system.

AMD A64 3700 SD, 2GB PC-3200, BFG 7800GTX 256MB, Antec Sonata case.

I was thinking of getting an P180 Antec case, Arctic Cooling Silencer, and 2 Vantec Iceberg copper RAM spreads. Should I make the jump? It would cost around $150.

O-o, do u need the extra cooling?, how many fans are in ur current setup zero? if u have the money u should do it.. might benefit ur parts in teh long run.

No. If your system is stable, I would leave it alone. My socket 939 is quite cool, and I use an old enlight desktop case with absolutely no extra cooling fans.

you could also take that 150 and go watercooling

If the system is stable then all you will acheive by spending $150 on fans and controllers is make it louder.
