Should I Upgrade to Win2k Pro. With My Hardware?

I am currently using Windows 98SE on these specs:
PentiumIII 733@833 (150FSB)
256mb sdram
Voodoo3 3500 tv agp
Creative PC-DVD 8x Encore
SB Live MP3+ 5.1
D-link 10/100 NIC
Asus P3V4X

The v3 3500 and dx3 dvd decoder card are only avaliable in beta, the rest i can find the release versions. Will Win2k Pro be overclock friendly as well?...Kinda need the extra MHz. Thanks

Go for it, Win 2000, in my opinion, is much better than 98.
