I went from an GeForce 32SDR to a GTS 32DDR and went from 5050 3DMarks with the old GeForce O/C to 6350 with the GTS stock. Image quality looks better to. $211 shipped form Onvia.com.

Hey Drifter,

I would say that you need to wait for nextGen products from nVidia and such. I dont think that you will be too happy with a few extra FPS that the V7700 will give you (say Q3 800x600x32).

I think you're better off waiting for the latter NV20 since you've already a MX. The performance gain would not be much unless you want to play games at 1024X768X32bit color. Otherwise, wait for the NV20. ;)

the MX is more than good enough.

unless you can find a sap to buy your MX for a good price, just save your $$$.

However, a 900+ CPU is kinda "big" for a little ass MX. :)
