I found someone who will sell me a mint new in box Asus A7N8X DLX for $125 shipped. I'm upgrading from an Asus A7V333.

It is it worth it? Will I be able to notice much of a difference?
 
I would reccomend you go epox, but if you are willing to go asus then good luck. newegg.com is the best place to buy, and because of the large number of asus nf2 boards with problems, i wouldnt reccomend buying used.
