It all depends on what you do. Do you play games or just do office stuff? You definitely would notice a speed increase but I wouldn't get the A7V133. I believe that is the KT133 or KT133A chipset and that is kinda outdated since the KT266A just came out and offers up to 10% performance increases in certain areas.
I would say upgrade if you feel that it is slow and if you play games but I would definitely go w/ a KT266A motherboard.
i believe so! prices nowadays get so low that getting one is very affordable. i agree with agnitrate though. the kt133 is an old board. get a kt266 and throw in some sticks of ddr in there too while your at it. it will be well worth it.
p.s. i aslo have a P3 667 on a P3V4X. that board is rock solid aint it!? 🙂
