With evga drivers I have more features, including fan speed control which I really want. Can I just safely uninstall my nvidia drivers and install EVGA ones? Or keep both? but that probably wouldnt work.

I havent used NV since my 8800GTX, but I think fan speed is a hidden feature in every NV driver release. Otherwise just uninstall the NV drivers and install the Evga, there won't be any problems.

Yeah, I was going to say the same thing. Evga just links to nvidia ref drivers I thought.

Just get EVGA Precision. Pretty much the same as AfterBurner, made by the same guy. It has fan control and the latest version has some overclocking stuff added in. If you download the fan control bios from EVGA the fan can go from 30% to 100% instead of 40 to 85%. Mine never goes above 73% anyway. http://www.evga.com/forums/tt.aspx?forumid=67 First sticky has the bios and instructions.
