Should I take my baby to a movie audition?

While strolling in a mall with my 3 month baby , this guy came up to me and introduced himself as a casting director for a film company(company is legit). He said he was looking for an asian baby to play a small part in a made-for-tv movie and asked if I would be interested. I asked him what qualifications he was looking for. He just said " real cute babies"

Problem is in order to go, I would need to take a day off and its a fairly long drive. I don't know if it would be worthwhile to go since there is no guarantee he will get it. The guy also said there will probably be between 5 to 10 babies for this audition.

So my question is, should I go? Is he cute enough?

Cliffs:
-don't know if i should bring baby to audition
- confused dad :p

No your baby is ugly.

Just kidding, but I think it depends on the money. I don't think he is going to care when he is older, maybe a nice piece of conversation to look back on on Thanksgiving but nothing more.

As long as you think he will forgive you for selling his image and likeness without his consent for the ultimate purpose of pushing products and services of multi-billion dollar corporations onto the American masses through media advertisement.

I am happy I was ugly enough a baby where that thought never crossed my parents mind. :)

my cousin was a model for a baby's medicine. the picture of her baby face on the medicine box is still displayed with all the pictures in her house.

it's cool when you're an adult to know that you were kind of "famous" as a baby.

Yeah, why not. It will be an interesting experience for you. And your kid is very cute. :)

also, cute TV babies can really rake in the cash, this could be the perfect way to supplement your income :)
