Should I sue?

Sluggo

Lifer
I have flat feet, and after work today I worked out in the yard wearing my trusty old FILA flip-flops. Now due to the fact that these are made without proper arch support, my ankles hurt like crap.

There is no way this could be my fault 😉

Should I sue for my pain and discomfort?

Think that maybe they might send me a new pair of flip-flops if I told them I was going to sue?

Here's a hint, if they don't have the support you need, don't wear flipflops. 🙂

What good would a new pair do your poor feet? 😉

<< ok, that's ridiculous. Might as well sue your mom for being born a dumbass. >>

hehe, lol. You might sue your mom for you being born a dumbass because you cannot see Sluggo's sarcasm.

I have to put arch supports in all my shoes (they just look stoopid if I put them on flip-flops), maybe I could sue the whole shoe industry as a whole.

Well, since you weren't injured for life, but the marketing of the shoe companies made you buy their defective product, I would say you could get a small amount, maybe $10 or $20 million out of a jury. It's not like your dying of foot cancer or anything. 😉

The worst part is that she counter-sued.

Ouch.. Well try to settle it over some coffee and after the coffee settles over you, you both can sue McDonalds.

I only read the title of this thread and none of the content.

The answer is YES. You should always sue!!!! Sue everyone who could have possibly been even the slightest bit responsible for whatever happened.

Tis the way of things.
