Well, should I?
I'm not talking down to the skin... but pretty close. Somthing like a number 2 guard on the razor.

I pretty much look like this now:

Yes, it's much easier to maintain. I've had my head shaved since I was in high school 11 years ago.
 
As a man who had to, I'd say no. But like the others have said, a shaved head is easier to maintain. Especially in the summer. Either way, good luck on your decision.
 
Shave it as close as possible with no attachments, then use a Mach III on it.

So is the female concensus that white men just don't look good with a shaved head? I've thought about cutting my hair short and/or maybe shaving it too.

I think many black men look a lot better with an entirely bald head.
