Should I sell my laptop for $650?

I've been looking to get rid of my laptop locally just because i don't use it here are the specs I bought it back in 2003.

Dell Inspiron 600M
1.3 Pentium M w/Centrino technology
512mb RAM
30gig HD
8X DVD-rom drive
14.1in screen
Extra Battery
ATI Radeon 9000

I think my laptop is worth way less than 650. Should I get rid of it?

EMAIL BEGINS----------------------------

Are there any programs on it? or would I have to get
WindowsXP and stuff like that? what kind of drives
does it have? Where would I be able to meet you to get
it? I am located on Washington St in Brighton Center.
Sorry for all the questions, I have never bought
anything on craigslist before so I want to make sure
it is what I am looking for

I don't think it's a scam as it is local though..

My friend has sold a few of that model at those prices. As long as the buyer FEELS like they're getting a good deal then it's cool. It's their responsibility, not yours, to do their homework on prices.

If you listed for $650 though then you obviously felt fine at one point about taking that amount.

As long as you're not gouging, you shouldn't worry. If you asked $800 for it I'd say you were being unreasonable.

$650 seems like a good decent payday.

650 and offer to pay for shipping if they don't pick up. She will think she is getting a better deal then she really is.
