Cheaper way... download a .flv from youtube, extract the audio and convert it to aac or whatever the phone supports, send it over bluetooth and just select it in the settings.

you should be able to at least send yourself the file as an MMS, and then use the attachment and set whatever. although, not sure if that works w/ ringbacks.. or if it's just ringtones
