Should I return my Abit AV8 and get the nForce3

I was having a little trouble with o/c although I think it isn't really related to the mobo. Assuming that I can get a full refund (they are rejecting my rebates) on my current AV8, should I return it and get the MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum instead. I did moved from the ASUS A8V last month and I was happy with Abit for a quite a while. I can't switch to the nf4 because I am using an AGP x800 that cannot be returned. If I am really going to go for the MSI board, am I going to have any problems with my current Corsair 3200ProXL memory? Thanks in advance.
