Refund the money. You lose for the confusing description, whether intentional or not is misleading. If you haven't figured it out yet the average ebayer is a dumbass. To have a chance of avoiding issues you have to break it down to where a 5th grader can understand it.

yeah, unless I got ebay to cough up the fees, which is very unlikely. plus the actual listing fee would be lost. maybe get paid back for the final value fee but who knows. ebay/paypal are the biggest scammers of them all
