Should I raid0 (or 10) or buy a new drive for more drive speed?

Hi all,

I have a media center computer HTPC that I have 3 drives on. 1 2TB seagate 5400rpm, and 2 1TB western digital black. I've been putting my blue rays on the seagate and the (low def) TV shows on the WD.

I bought a new TV that supports 1080p so when I play the blu rays at that resolution I'm getting stutters. As if the drive can't keep up. The 2TB is also my boot drive.

Would I be better off swapping the drives, maybe make a WD a boot drive, and the other hold blu rays and put the TV shows (low rez) on the seagate to prevent the stutters? Or should I just buy some new drives (maybe a few RAID quality drives and RAID 0/10) them to prevent stutters?

Or would the stutters be from video decoding, and upgrade the video card? Right now its an ATI 4350. I'm not sure if the stutters are from the drive or video card. But when I stutter, I see the HD light on constantly.
