I got a lot of ant bites over the weekend. About ten on my leg and three on my hand. The ones on my leg are not bothering me, but the three ones on my hand, right next to each other, are extremely inflamed and I can three 3 little white pus dots like when you get pimples. My question is should I pop these and try to remove all the pus that is filled up inside??

No, that opens the wounds to infection....
Although having said that for the practical side of me, the picking side of me would have to pop them knowing darn well that I should not! 😛

lol same here...i never had ant bites that are that severe..nor have i heard of them in my area...only place i've heard of them is here...
if i ever got that, i'd pop it right away. Because if yyou shake hands w/ someone, and the other dude sees it, the other dude will feel uncomfortable (me thinks)
so i'd pop it, and sanitize it every single day
