you'd need to lose ~0.5lbs per day. Making the (unrealistic) assumption that all the weight loss would be fat, you'd need a ~1750 calorie deficit per day. Since your resting metabolic rate is around 2000 calories per day, that doesn't leave much headroom for eating. Of course, with exercise, you burn more calories and can eat more, but even if you run ~6 miles EVERY DAY, that only gets you up to about 1000 calories per day of food. For 2 months.
Realistically, we know you aren't going to do that. Moreover, such extreme calorie deficits would mean you lose lots of muscle and not just fat. That would help you drop the weight quicker but is very unhealthy. Even with far more calories, dropping 30lbs in 2 months guarantees you'll lose a lot of muscle mass. At the very end, you'll also need to eliminate water weight (as many wrestlers do before a weigh in), which is typically less than fun. The whole thing will leave you in far worse health than now, which $100 just can't justify.
