Should I mail in the resume and cover letter or email it?

Preparing a resume now, but I wasn't sure if I should include all institutions or not. I transferred around for a bit. I'm kind of thinking I probably should, but I'm not sure. It isn't for a full time position. What do you think?

edit: If I were to email the resume, it sounds like the body of the email should be the cover letter. Should I attach the resume as a file or include it in the body of the email?

Or should I just mail the whole thing?

New at the resume business. 😱

I would just put "Degree in XYZ from ABC University". No one gives a sh!t that you took General Chemistry at Boise Community College over the summer.
