Should I install Vista?

My laptop has the following specs:

XP MCE
120 Gb Hard Drive
2 GB Memory
AMD Turion TL-50
ATI Radeon Xpress 200M
DVD Burner

I received a free copy of Vista Home Premium. Do you think it would be wise to upgrade, or should I stick with XP Media Center?

how exactly does Windows Vista lessen your computing stress?

What I'm most worried about is that the vista sticker on the laptop says "Vista Capable" which I'm told can mean that vista won't run great on it.

Vista would be fine on that laptop.
