On second thought, I would dump the chick and her entire messed-up family.

If they are OK with him being such a stupid ass to you now as her boyfriend just wait until you are actually part of the family. :shocked:

Sounds like he hasn't learned from his ascenine behavior before, and the only way to deal with people like that are to hold them accountable.

I completely AGREE!

I didn't like her brother when he came up from Colorado a few months ago, it was just a gut instinct.

I was always nice to him and her family and generally he was fine, until he drinks. I found out he'd been in jail for assulting police when he was drunk, all kinds of stuff.

My gut tells me to prosecute him and make him pay for his actions.

That's what will happen.

I wouldn't drop the charges unless he paid to fix whatever he broke. If he did that, then I really wouldn't care.

Yeah, because he was going out with her when she was 10. :roll:

Anyway, I think you did what's best, OP. If you put violence into that situation, worse things would've happened.
