no not sue her. press charges. she'd probably end up spending a day or two in jail. then be let out till the court case. probably end up with community service or some crap.
not worth my time to go to court over.
 
I agree it's not worth the hassle. Pressing charges wouldn't have gotten them help for their crack addiction anyhow.
