Ok, 1 thing to get clear. If your a cop, don't try and call my house asking me this...

Ok, so I'm going to Top Food and Drugs (a grocery store...), and when I go park, I see an asian teen with a blue helmet put his bike on a bike rack. Ok, so I'm just going on with my business. I walk into the store, buy some soy milk and 2% reduced fat milk (because its for my parents for their chai tea and crap...), and when I walk out to the car, I see a mexican (or an asian) in white with a blue cap and white shirt screwing with the bike lock (the curly ones). Now I know somethings wrong, cause the asian wore a t-shirt that's a different color... So I go into my car, and about to exit, and the guy is STILL screwing with the bike lock. Now, I am beginning to wonder, IS HE THE REAL OWNER? Was I hallucinating the asian teen?... So by the time I was thinking of doing something, I left, and went home...

What would you do?

Btw, this is not shens, I just witnessed it an hour ago.
Another funny but true quote: I was not on drugs or drunk...

Did you actually go to the grocery store, or did you pretty much go?

EDIT: and after an hour, the offender is long gone. Don't bother the police by calling them. If you wanted to actually be a help, you should have stayed in the parking lot until the thief got the bike unlocked and then followed him while talking to the police on your cell phone.

Yes, you should have done something. You don't have to beat him up or anything, just ask him what he's doing. Most theives will leave as soon as theyre confronted.

You really don't have to beat his ass or get a gun. Just ask him what hes doing. Its right in front of the store; I doubt he'd try anything he'd prob just bolt if he was a thief.

thank you for including the types of milk you planned on purchasing, those details added much to my analysis of the situation.
