I have been a baseball fan my entire life, well at least i'd say the last 20 years of it...and been a die hard Mets fan...
I love going to games, especially at parks i havent been to.

needless to say this strike business has gotten me as uninterested in the game as i was in '94 when also the Mets were in last place...

BUT, i feel this might be my last night that I could go and enjoy a major league game...if they strike and the season ends, i am not sure i dont know how i will feel next season and not sure I would care.

Would you regret it if you didn't go?

i would understand why i didnt go, i am kinda strapped for cash, so i would have to get cheapest seats and not spend money in the park...

Go and boo! Let them know how you feel about a potential work stoppage. Make a sign and tell them what you think.

Go ahead and go. :) Have fun. Enjoy the cheap seats - and make your way to the better ones around the 3rd inning. ;)

Wear baggy shorts and smuggle a 20 oz. bottle of Coke in. If you get really hungry, hit the Ruggles Grill bar in the outfield... $4 gourmet hot dogs if I remember correctly. :)

Go Stros!!! :D Not that it really matters this year.
