Should I Get This Monitor?

My friend has the same monitor, in 17" and its great, I would wholeheartedly give a recommendation, and I doubt he would juxtapose my opinion with another.
 
yah its a great monitor been using one for about the past 2 years (17in)
All the options are great super bright and stuff are very useful for movies
i would suggets u get one
 
Since you're getting a CRT, you might want to consider buying used. So many people are moving to LCD that there is something of a glut. Even if you're distrustful often you go and pickup used CRTs instead of having them shipped so it gives you an extra chance to look it over. I have 1 21" ViewSonic I got 3-4 years back for 200$ off someone leaving my college and another Nokia 21" I got for 160$ (w/ shipping) just recently from a refurb/off-lease place and both have turned out to be great buys.
 
you cant go wrong with NEC- i got one of the low end 17" ones about a year ago, and its just awesome. so clear.
