Get a single gig stick just for expansion room later if necessary, seeing as how you're using a SFF.

Memory is one of the easiest thing to upgrade getting 2 GB now is a waste, get 1 GB then upgrade when it becomes needed.

i dont even know what cad is.... lol

i use my computer for games mostly. i just thought having 2 gigs would be cool double what most people have in the forums and i thought it would load cs faster and such open stuff faster. ok lets say i get 1gig should i get the one gig stick or the two 512's?

If you want stuff like that to run faster get a better hard drive

ram is for holding temporary things while hard drive holds permanent things that are slower to retrieve

like a raptor drive? i saw some reviews it barely took off any time i means its only like 3 sec the hardrives i was thinking of seagate 7200.8 300gig, seagate 80gig, samsung spin point 80gig.

i decided to ditch 300gig because i dont need the space i cant even manage to fill my 40gig i clean my pc out alot i have all i can ever want right now
