Don't rush at Intel, what is the price of kilowatt in your country. How many cents?

Look at price of the hardware also and if you really want go Intel then wait for Haswell.

If it's just a matter of a weak power supply and your motherboard is otherwise capable of overclocking, then upgrade to a good PSU and overclock the 1045T. You should make at least 3.5 GHz with no problem, probably 3.7, maybe 3.9 or 4.0. Even at 3.5, you'd get acceptable performance.

I had a 1035T for a long time. It was pretty weak at stock, but once I got it to 3.6, it was able to do what I needed and then some.
