Should I get my system put all in at once?

Hey guys.. well if any of you remember, I got to take part in a special holiday sale for Crown/Harman Kardon/JBL/Infinity and some other big audio companys and outfitted my car with all the best audio equipment avaliable. The ordered two components for the front, two 6.5's for the back, a Class D 2,000 watt amp and a 15in JBL sub.

Now here's the problem. The amp and speakers came in, but the sub is going to be backorderd for an undetermined about of time. I'm really eager to get my system in and see how it sounds, so I figured I might do this.

The speakers are all going to be run off my monsoon amp thats already in my car (2002 Jetta). The other amp was going to be running the sub only. Do you guys see any problems with getting the internal speakers hooked up first and then getting the sub/cd player/amp installed later on down the road? Is there any advantage/disadvantage to either way?

Anyone here work at best buy and can tell me if the prices will be different? Will they have to rip up any carpet and then do it again if I install it seperate?
