Should I get an MSI K8N Neo2?

What do you guys think?

It seems that this board performs quite well against the competition and it's an MSI mobo. I have never personally owned one, but their site is superb and I've heard very few complaints about them.

At this price is it even worth considering an Epox board or similarly cheaper offering?

Does this board have some frequently occuring flaw that causes newegg to have so many of these babies refurbished?

Anyone have any bad experiences buying refurbished computer parts, specifically mobos?

Tons of horror stories, especially from Newegg. Avoid refurbs.

Why spend $106 on a refurb when a new one is $139 anyways? The thinking behind such a decision makes no sence to me.

Think about it for abit, how many of you guys would retun a mobo if it woked fine and was perfectly stable?

Of those that had problems , how many of the boards where actually defective and how many are good and how many were good but got ruined by the dumb installer who didn't know what he was doing?

How many were handled poorly by those installers?

Seems like common sence to me to never buy a refubed mobo unless the seller is will to give me a full refund including shipping both ways.

It comes down to what they mean by refurbished. Because as I understood it refurbished does not mean sold-as-is, I interpret it as repaired and sold again.
So my thinking goes along the lines that now that they repaired it, they know it works this time and you're getting it for cheaper.

MSI K8N Neo2 (brand new)

Its as fast or faster than any 939 board out there right now. The verdict is still out on wether or not the SLI NF4 boards are that much faster.
