Should I get a massage or see a chiropractor?

I always am cracking my lower back. Whenever I get up after sitting at the computer for 20 mins, my ankles start to crack. My body sounds like a robot being powered up! I'll probably see a chiro next week

I used to see a chiropractor, it did me wonders, they did try and say i had to come every 2 months but eventually i stopped and i've been fine since...
I'd reccomend one..

A chiro can be cheaper if your insurance will pay for it. If it's just to work out the kinks from a long drive, see a massager.

I just recently moved and had to drive about 9 hours a day for 3 days to get to my destination.

My mid and lower back have been killing me since the first day. I assume it's from improper support to my back during the drive.

It's been a week since I got to my new home and my back is still sore.

I'm just curious to know if getting a massage or going to a chiropractor would possibly further the injury and I should just give it some time for the muscles to relax.

Or should I just go and get some kind of relief? Which would be better, a massage or chiro?

massage of course. u get a happy ending

Massage.. There is much lower chance for a happy ending at the Chiro.

But there's still a possibility. I seem to recall a recent thread where a patient got an accidental happy ending from some electro stim device that they hooked up to him..

I think massage therapy would be best. I don't know anyone who went to a chiropractor and didn't end up having to go at least once a week for the rest of their lives.

pretty much every one of my patients doesn't have to come in once a week for the rest of their lives.

my long-term management/maintenance patients come in once a month unless something happened. my patients who i've helped and whose problems went away come back once every month or two just to keep their spine in check... it's just like going to the dentist and keeping your teeth healthy. you need to keep your intervertebral discs healthy.
