Should I get a jack russell terrier? (or, pick me another breed)

I have two JRT, like someone else said they are very energetic and demand alot of attention. But I would never get a different kind of dog (they have alot of personality) so if you are up for a challenge get one.

Is there a size restriction? If not, I'd go with a Golden Retriever. They are probably the friendlist dogs around. Can be trained very well, non-aggressive, etc. Other than you saying the dog won't get any exercise, it'd be perfect.

Jack Russells are really smart dogs. If you have kids, they would be great. Beagles are really good, too (I'm a little biased in that area, I have one). Beagles are smart too, but they are more lazy and just sit on their butt all day and look at you with those puppy eyes like they are bored to death. Golden Retrievers are great if you have the room for it.
