Honda makes an OE drop in alarm for my car, ~$100, should I get one?

Somehow though, I think lowjack will cost more than $100. :p I don't know if I care about my car being stolen enough to pay a service fee, the car is fully insured. If someone steals it and f*cks it up bad enough, insurance will write me a check for the car and I get to buy another car.

yeah. people don't even look anymore. most just look away and walk past it. they are annoying.

why? because the OEM KARR alarms are utter crap

not to mention they're all installed in the same location the same way

98+ Honda Accords have a special chip in the keys to prevent theft, so its generally not as big of an issue as before. Now if you want it to scare off thieves trying to steal your stereo/seats/rims what have you, then you may want to invest in a alarm with a secondary power source.
