PCI-X has been around for years, there are no graphics cards for PCI-X. There are however, graphics cards for PCIe...

Just so you know, hand delivery of a product will not qualify you for seller protection on paypal. You must use an authorized shipping agency with proof of delivery to qualify. Otherwise, the buyer can just say they never got anything and win the case easily within paypal.
