well put, it takes a while to realize how ungrateful you are as a kid.

Esp if they just helped you move.... also was it late at night? maybe they didn't want to drive the hour and some, it being late and all and them probably being tired after helping you move....

Of course, if they didn't help you move, and there is plenty of daylight.... I'd say its a tad bit weird... but still...

You were correct in telling them no. Time for mom to cut the strings. Send em off with a good lunch or dinner.
