I was looking on newegg and saw the xfx 7800gt for 279 AR. I could sell my 6600gt and buy this bad boy. I keep hearing how awesome it is. What is the minimum PS you need to run this? Sorry I am somewhat of a noob to gaming and I just built my first pc. Thanks for your input.

a good 400watt psu should do. it might or it might not be a good buy depending on what cpu you have. an old cpu will bottleneck the new video card.

Depends on how much load rest of the system takes. I'm guessing 300~350W will get you by with an average setup, one or two hard drives, an optical drive etc. 7800GT is 3 to 4 times faster than your 6600GT so if you need to upgrade your PSU, I personally would do it.
