Should I do a fresh install of Windows?

I'm going to be setting up a Raid 0 setup soon. The thing is I plan on upgrading my motherboard sometime within the next 2 months. I have a KR7A which is based off the KT266a. I plan on getting the AT7 Max 2 which is KT400. Could I simply setup the motherboard to read from the IDE Raid or should I reset up my raid on my new motherboard? Should I do a fresh install on Windows on my new motherboard? Thanks

If you do upgrade your mobo its best to redo the OS, you dont have to but its the best way to narrow down problems with hardware if you know the OS is right on the money.

since i have encountered a lot of problem when upgrading mobos without reinstalling the os. i would suggest that u dp a complete reinstallation
