Should i dispute this charge?

So i ordered 2 domains from registerfly.com on the 13th of April. The next day i discovered that you cant order 2 letter .org domains. So i checked my statement online and noticed that i had already been charged $19.98 for the 2 domains...

I spoke to a live support person from their website, and they informed me to open a support ticket. I did so, and now its been 2 weeks and the charge has yet to be reversed. The support ticket has said "Being Worked On" for well over a week now.

Should i call up my bank and dispute the charges?

I'd speak to a person from the website again. If nothing comes of it, dispute the charges.

definitely! here's the pettiest charge I ever disputed--Togo's charged me 75 cents for a sandwich, drink, and chips... I signed the receipt and left. When I got my statement they had charged my card another $7 or so because they screwed up originally. I disputed it because I thought it was more wrong for them to charge my card without my consent than it was for me to take advantage of their stupidity.

I was charged twice from Cici's once..their machine messed up..after about 10 days, one charge had been reversed.

I've updated the ticket twice already with no responces. Using the live support now, no one ever joins the convo. Im sick of this already.
