Should I defrag this?

This doesnt look like Windows98. But based on the legend, it seems that a defrag is necessary at this time. Is this w2k or something? I wouldnt know as I am perfectly happy with my OS and havent bothered to fix something that wasnt broken for me.
 
It's Disk Keeper 6.0 or something isn't it? could be win2k too, they look the same to me...
