Should I defrag this?

This doesnt look like Windows98. But based on the legend, it seems that a defrag is necessary at this time. Is this w2k or something? I wouldnt know as I am perfectly happy with my OS and havent bothered to fix something that wasnt broken for me.

Yes I would defrag it...then move the paging file to D: or E: partition, because C: is low on space.

It's Disk Keeper 6.0 or something isn't it? could be win2k too, they look the same to me...
