No, he mean's couldn't care less. I get so fvcking sick of people writing or saying "I could care less." If you could care less, that implies that you care some at all, which is the exact opposite of what most people are trying to say when they use that expression. "I couldn't care less" means it's the single-most unimportant thing to you in your entire life, which is what most people are trying for.
