Should I cancel my Samsung Premium Care Plan for my Note 10+?

Should I cancel my Samsung Premium Care Plan? It costs $ 11.99 monthly. I bought the Note 10+ plus unlocked last November direct from Samsung. I have it on Spectrum wireless for $ 45.00 monthly. The factory warranty runs through 1/31/2021. What exactly does the premium care plan cover? Deductibles? Pretty sad I don't know these answers. Thoughts, observations is this coverage worth keeping in force?
