They are not going to have a midnight showing. Instead, some ass thought a 6AM showing would be better. So this puts me in a delima. If I get there at 5, I may not get a seat. I was thinking of getting there at 1:00 AM. I figured I might as well camp out there. What do you guys think?

I camped out for Star Wars episode 1 and even though the movie stunk it was a fun time.

I say go for it if other people are going to be around!

I could be wrong, but I don't think a 6am showing of any movie is going to be overly crowded.

I wouldn't get up that early for any movie, even if the movie had Jessica Alba, Kate Beckinsale, and Britney running around naked in it.

Steal it off Kazaa... crap, did I say that out loud? ;)

I'm sure they'll make it IMAX again.

My wife, sister, & I are going to see it at 7pm @ the new Malco theater. They are "premiering" it in their biggest theater w/ 50ft screen.

Unfortunately, it won't be an IMAX-caliber experience :(

Haha, that kind of reminds me. When AMD had the tech tours a year or two ago they were outside in the parking lots of malls. They started at like 7 in the morning and my friend and I got there at 1 in the morning. There was a guy that camped out from the night before with a full chef uniform. People called him Chef AMD, and he didn't win sh!t either. :D

THE 6 AM SHOW WILL NOT BE SOLD OUT.

You do realize that the main fanbase for this movie consists of UBER-NERDS, right?

When was the last time you saw a nerd get out of bed before noon?

QED.

My friends and I went to the midnight showing of Reloaded, utterly sold out, utterly packed.

"UBER-NERDS" are just that, "UBER"

therefore, they will be "UBER"ly eager to see this movie.

Therefore, packed showing.

QED

BTW, the 6 AM is just on the west coast, they're releasing the movie worldwide at the same hour, we East Coasters get it at 9 AM

yep, you shoukd be good before 6am. personally, thats too early for me to watch a movie. i would need some starbucks, and that'd mean i'd have to get up every 30 minutes to take a leak because it'd be a lot of starbucks. so, im stalling out for the friday night IMAX expierence.
