Should I call?

okay just an update on my situation just to maybe give a little more insight into what hirign people might think:
one of the guys (that we didnt offer the job to) just called us again and was aggresively trying to see if he got the job (asking what can i do to make your choice easier, what can i offer you, is there anything i can show you, etc) and it got to the point where we just told him to look elsewhere. In other words theres a point where if your just too annoying (this guy had called mon, yesterday, and now today) and was soo aggressively riding us about it that it made us not want to deal with him anymore.
I dont mind a guy calling to check the status of a job (even if it is a cell phone, if thats the only number i gave him/her I'd almost expect him/her to on it), but if you call and start pushing the matter its just plain annoying and you'll write urself right off the list of "potentials"
 
1. Show up on Monday
2. Go to HR ask for the paperwork you have to fill out
3. Ask where your new office is, and start working on your first project.
4.????
5. Profit
